    To provide you with the tools needed for successful website management, we have created a Training Center.  It includes a comprehensive Website Administrator Guide, articles, and instructional videos covering fundamental functionalities.

    We require all administrators to start here, using these resources to familiarize themselves with the platform and its basic functions. The Training Center offers step-by-step guidance on essential tasks, ensuring you can confidently manage your website.

    To access your Training Center, navigate to the Help & Training link at the top of your website's admin quick links.

    If, after reviewing the materials in the Training Center, you require additional guidance, please submit the information below.

    To optimize your training session, kindly specify the challenges you're encountering. This understanding will help tailor the training to your specific needs.

    Please provide the full name of your chapter or council and do not enter an acronym. This will help us to identify your organization and avoid any confusion with other affiliates that may have similar abbreviations.

    Date and Time Options

    To help us schedule a meeting with you, please provide us with three dates and times that suit your availability and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

    When selecting dates, please keep in mind that our training sessions are available Monday - Friday, between 9AM and 3PM ET.

    When you fill out and submit this form, you will create a support ticket for the SHRM Affiliate Website Program Service Desk. A team member will help you with your issue.
